Kalahari Resort boasted an impressive lineup of restaurants participating in the festival. Each restaurant showcased their specialties, ensuring a memorable gastronomic journey. From housemade meatballs at Sortino's Italian Kitchen to pepperoni pizza at Sortino's Pizzeria, there was something to please every palate. Double Cut Steak House treated festival-goers to Nashville Hot Style Quail and the Double Cut Smoked Old Fashioned. Cinco Ninos offered a mountain of chips and salsa, along with delectable Shrimp Ceviche. The culinary adventure concluded at B-Lux Grill & Bar, where attendees indulged in Grilled Angus and French Dip Sliders, accompanied by an array of sides. And these were just a few highlights from the extensive menu!

The festival lived up to its name, offering not only exceptional wine but a wide range of spirits, cocktails, and beer for attendees to enjoy. From classic favorites like Old Fashioned and Whiskey Sour to creative concoctions like Cotton Candy Cocktail and Espresso Martini, the festival had it all. With generous pours and vendors lining the hallways, lobby, and outdoor area, there was never a shortage of delightful libations. Non-alcoholic options, including Red Bull and Bubly, were also available for those who preferred a refreshing mocktail.

Support for local wineries, distilleries, and breweries was evident throughout the festival. Notable names like Becker Vineyards, Fall Creek Vineyards, and Thirsty Mule Winery showcased their exceptional offerings. Attendees had the opportunity to sample a variety of local spirits, including Still Austin Whiskey, Tito's Handmade Vodka, and Blue Owl Brewing. The festival not only celebrated food and wine but also served as a platform to showcase the talents and flavors of the local community.

While the food and drinks took center stage, the festival didn't fall short in terms of entertainment. Live music, jugglers, stilt walkers, and acrobats added to the festive atmosphere, ensuring a lively and engaging experience. Guests could take a break from their culinary adventures and attend Chef Demos and wine tasting events. The festival truly provided a multidimensional experience that appealed to all the senses.

For those seeking an elevated experience, VIP tickets were available. VIP guests enjoyed exclusive perks, including early access to the festival and a delightful brunch in the Kalahari Ballroom. The brunch offered an array of delectable dishes, from breakfast tacos to chicken and waffles. To complement the meal, guests were treated to a Bloody Mary bar and Champagne & Mimosas. Live musical entertainment set the tone for an unforgettable day. Starting the festival early with the VIP experience proved to be the perfect way to make the most of the event.
