What does inventor do?

Initially, a man blocks the door, but you can overcome this obstacle by using the Challenge (Hikari) or Ambush (Throné) path actions. Similar to the inventor, unlocking armsmaster skills requires bringing specific items to the blacksmith. These rusty weapons will be transformed into powerful weapons that your armsmaster can use.
What does armsmaster do?
The armsmaster's skills vary but focus on dealing more damage under specific circumstances. For example, the spear attack inflicts more damage if there are multiple enemies, while the bow attack triggers twice if you break an enemy's shield. The armsmaster serves as a fierce physical attacker, and their signature skill, "Sixfold Strike," allows you to identify enemy weaknesses quickly and break shields effortlessly.
Conjurer Secret Secondary Job Location

To unlock the conjurer job, you must ascend the Five-Tiered Tower in Ku. This tower is located on the right side of the castle entrance in Ku. However, accessing the tower becomes possible only after completing Hikari's story. Inside the tower, you'll face five bosses, with the final boss being the conjurer herself. The battles do not have to be consecutive, and you can save, heal, and leave without starting over.
The conjurer poses a challenge as she alternates between two sets of weaknesses. When she takes the form of a shrine maiden, her weaknesses include polearm, bow, ice, and dark. However, when she transforms into a sword-wielding demon, she becomes weak against axe, staff, wind, and light. Once you defeat the conjurer, she will grant you a license, but there won't be a guild or flag for this job on the map.
What does conjurer do?
The conjurer excels at imbuing physical attacks with elemental powers. This ability is particularly useful for exploiting enemy elemental weaknesses. Additionally, the conjurer possesses a skill that restores and revives all party members while sacrificing the next six turns. Overall, the conjurer shines as a support class that complements most characters.
Arcanist Secret Secondary Job Location
To unlock the arcanist job, you first need to unlock the boat. This requires having Partitio and $100,000 in your possession. Once you have both, head to Tropu'hopu, a town east of Beasting Village (where you get Ochette). In Tropu'hopu, proceed to the right side of town, and you'll be given the opportunity to purchase a ship. This option is available only if you have Partitio in your party.
Set sail on your newly acquired ship and make your way to the easternmost island, The Lost Isle. You'll have to battle a boss inside a whirlpool to reach the island. The boss encounter should be relatively manageable, especially if you're around level 50. Once you arrive on the island, climb the ladder and change the time to night. Look for a light blue twinkling path to the left of the sign. Follow that path, and you'll encounter the arcanist. They will grant you the job license before disappearing into the night.

Similar to the conjurer, each skill for the arcanist costs 2,000 JP to unlock.
What does arcanist do?
The arcanist is a versatile support job that deals both light and dark damage while restoring the party's HP and SP. Their skillset includes abilities that extend the duration of buffs and debuffs. The divine skill of the arcanist consumes 50 SP and allows you to extend the duration of a buff indefinitely.
